Only filtered water is used in the production of all varieties of So Good.
So Good is made from non-genetically modified soy protein by Identity Preservation. The main source of protein and primary nutritional ingredient in So Good is soy protein isolate - the natural pure protein of the soybean. It is totally free from fat and carbohydrates. Our So Good Original soy fortified beverage is made with both soy protein isolate and whole soybeans (non- GMO) to deliver the optimum in protein quality and mouth feel.
Vegetable oil is added to So Good Original and Flavour varieties to provide appropriate fat levels for satisfying mouth feel and beverage smoothness (100% cholesterol free polyunsaturated sunflower oil or Canola oil is used).
Maltodextrin is partially digested corn starch. It provides a significant portion of the carbohydrate in the So Good line of products. So Good products (for the exception of So Good Cones) are 100% gluten-free and are suitable for people with Celiac Disease.
Fructose is a naturally occurring sugar that is found in fruit, some vegetables, and honey. It provides a natural sweet taste to the flavoured So Good varieties.
A small amount of cane sugar is added to So Good to reflect the level of sweetness present in milk.
Corn Syrup Solids
Corn syrup solids are added to improve the consistency and mouthfeel of So Good.
A seaweed extract which, like corn syrup solids, improves the consistency and mouthfeel.
Mono- and Di-glycerides
Plant based emulsifiers which prevent the separation of the vegetable oil in the Original and Flavour varieties of So Good.
Vitamins added include: Vitamin A, D2, C, B6, B12, riboflavin (B2), pantothenate (B5), thiamine, niacin and folacin.
Minerals are added including calcium in the form of tricalcium phosphate, potassium in the form of dipotassium phosphate, zinc in the form of zinc gluconate, iron, and phosphorus.
Potassium citrate is added to function as a food acid and to maintain the pH balance (acidity/alkalinity).
Approved flavours are added to the range of Flavoured So Good to enhance the taste and overall appeal of the product.
