Tropical Tango Smoothie1-19 fl. oz. can (398 mL) crushed pineapple, unsweetened 1 banana, medium 1/4 tsp (1 mL) coconut flavouring (optional: may also use vanilla in place of coconut) 1 cup (250 mL) So Good Original or Fat Free Fortified Soy Beverage 1. In a blender, combine pineapple, break up banana and add flavouring. 2. Pour So Good Original or Fat Free into blender and mix until smooth. Makes 2 servings. |
