Cinnamon Vanilla French Toast4 omega-3 eggs 1 cup (250 mL) So Good Vanilla Fortified Soy Beverage 2 tsp (10 mL) cinnamon 8 slices whole wheat bread 1. In a shallow dish, beat together the eggs, So Good Vanilla and cinnamon. 2. Heat a large Teflon frying pan over low/medium heat. 3. Soak bread in the So Good/egg mixture, one slice at a time. 4. Lightly spray the pan with canola oil. Cook each slice of French toast on both sides until browned. 5. Serve with maple syrup. Makes 4 servings. |
