Soy milk recipe

Broccoli and Cheese Casserole

ingredients
  • 3 cups whole grain rice
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1/2 a soup can of So Good Fat Free Original
  • 2 cups grated soy cheese
  • 2 large bunches of broccoli
instructions
  1. Cook rice and broccoli.
  2. Mix soup and half a soup can of So Good Fat Free Original.
  3. Add cheese to soup ,reserving a bit of cheese to spread over top of casserole.
  4. In a buttered dish, layer cheese mixture, rice, broccoli, rice and cheese mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered at 400ºC for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.Enjoy.
