Banana Oatmeal1 ½ cups rolled oats 1 ½ cups hot water 1 cup So Good Original or So Good Fat Free Original soy beverage ¼ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon honey 1 ripe banana, mashed 1. Place the rolled oats, hot water, So Good soy beverage and salt to taste in a saucepan over medium heat and stir until the mixture boils and thickens or microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. 2. Stir in the honey and mashed banana. 3. Serve with extra banana or So Good soy beverage to taste. |
